KeePer corporate philosophy is "to create a new car wash culture " and to realize a sustainable future through our business activities. Therefore, we position our sustainability efforts as an important activity for both solving environmental and social issues and achieving sustainable development of our business.
In order to effectively fulfill the roles and functions of the Board of Directors, a Sustainability Committee was established in June 2023. In addition, on August 10, 2023, the Board of Directors approved the formulation of the Basic Sustainability Policy.

The committee is chaired by the President and CEO, and its members consist of the Executive Vice President, CFO, store and sales managers, plus the leaders of each working group.
